Hello,
I’m having problems with the woocommerce product add-ons plugin that I use on my site for personalization.
The add-on options disappear when adding to cart for some of the products. Here’s an example:

My host said that you need to use sftp protocol when connecting.

You need to contact plugin author about this issue. We checked your product with the Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme) and it also does not work https://gyazo.com/67c4f5c301214e15022f56785e85039c
So, theme is not the reason of the problem.

It’s not a plugin issue, as the plugin author responded on the support forum the following:
“the issues is not plugin-related, it has some conflict with the theme”

You can go to Appearance > Themes > enable official Storefront theme and test by yourself https://gyazo.com/67c4f5c301214e15022f56785e85039c Does the author sent you video that it works with the Storefront theme? Provide us with a link to your topic of the author support forum.
