Legenda theme incompatible with YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search plugin

Hello!

Great theme, however I ran into some trouble. I’m using the search box from the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search as a plugin, and it doesn’t show any ”ajax” results next to the (predictive) search box when typing some letters (I already have products in the database, and the letters typed are similar with the start of the name of some products).

I used the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search on many themes, and this is the first time when the ajax-based search doesn’t work.

Please investigate this issue. Thank you 🙂

Hello,

In our theme ajax search is used already. That’s why there is possibility of some conflicts. You should contact WooCommerce support regarding the issue. We don’t guarantee theme compatibility with 3rd-party plugins.

If the theme already supports an ajax-predictive-search like feature, can I use it as a sidebar widget? The (integrated in the theme predictive) search box I mean 🙂
