    Hello,

I have just update my website: http://www.lillys.fr with the legenda theme version 2.3 and I have an issue.

I do not know how to explain just go on the website and check it out.

By the way the shopping cart should be on the top right of the page like it is written on the custom.css but now is back to the normal setting which I do not like.

    I need a solution ASAP please 🙂

    Thank you for your help.

    Regards

    Thibault Comte

It is like the visual composer from legenda is gone and all the column that you create for a page are no longer availabke for use and instead I have only the php code

    Hello,

As we can see you didn’t install Visual Composer plugin. Please install it’s latest version and everything should be working fine.

    Hello,

Concerning shopping cart, please create Child Theme for us and we’ll make changes in there.

    Hello,

First of all I do not understand why I need to pay for the visual composer plugin?? It was working perfectly in the latest version and was include in the legenda theme. Can you explain to me what happened?

secondly, with the latest version I did not need to create a child them for the “cart issue” and normaly I can type anything I want in the custom.css so I do not need a “child them” I just need the proper php code to go back the way it was. Maybe you can provide it to me.

    Thank you

    regards

    Hello,

    1) You do not need to pay for Visual Composer. It is bundled with Legenda theme and you can find it in legenda/framework/plugins folder.

    2) Changing top cart position requires php code modification. Your previous changes were made in your original theme. To do not lose the changes after future updates we recommend you to make changes in Child Theme.

    Hello,

ok I get it now and yeah erverything is back to normal except that I cannot use the Visual Composer plugin in the statick block, is that normal?

For the child theme issue, I will create one as soon as I can.

    Thanks

    Regards

    Hello,

To enable Visual Composer for Static Blocks you should to go to Settings -> Visual Composer and check ‘staticblocks’ in Content types section.

    Hello,

Ok I made it, thank you for your help.

I have just created the child them so if you can fixed the “cart issues” that will be wonderful. 🙂

I have a another quick question, I have activated the “pop up” and it is working perfeclty but is it possible for the pop up to only appear when you arrive on the website instead of in every page?

    Thanks
    Regards

    Hello,

I’ve placed your cart at the top bar. Please check!
Unfortunately there is no such option in our theme. To disable pop up it is necessary to check “Don not show again” checkbox.
