    Hi support,

Upon taking a good look at this site a couple of weeks back, we as F1 Websites have been trying to optimize the performance because the site was quite slow.

I found that mostly the site was large, over 4 MB. By optimising our images on the home, we have shaved it down to 3.7 MB. In my opinion this is too much for any page, especially the home page.

To get a good look of the size of the theme, I tested a page with very little user content, just four paragraphs of terms & conditions, no images. Page size there was 3 MB, see:

Having such a heavy site by itself, this conflicsts with the speed and optimization promise on your ThemeForest sales page for this theme where you show this image https://www.8theme.com/images/themeforest/royal/Speed.jpg

Can we collaborate to make the theme even better and faster?

    Thanks & regards,
    – Frank

Sure I can speed up WordPress myself – and we indeed did so. Now it comes down to the theme code and structure. The theme is too heavy by itself. Please have a look at the test results.
