License not activated on my website even after renewing support

Hello,
I am having an issue with my website almedical.al. Lately I changed the hosting provider, I renewed the theme support in order to have new theme updates but from admin I can see this notification:
Support status: Expired
You can renew your support here

One standard license is valid only for 1 project (1 live and 1 staging websites of the same project).
Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.

Can you please check??
