Hello,
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for the 1 project. If the new copy will be the same project you can use the same license, if the new site will the different project then you need to buy the new license.

Hello,
Okay I understand and have purchased the additional license. Can you please proceed with project? I would like all content and products duplicated and migrated to the other site domain, but have the ‘dark theme’ activated for the look of the site instead.
Thanks
Hello,
You can make a copy of the current site using Duplicator plugin or any other plugin or tool suitable for you. Once you get the installed copy of the current site go to Theme Options deactivate theme on the new site and activate it again using the new license (you won’t be able to get updates or install plugins if you don’t re-activate theme). Then go to Theme Options > Styling > Content > Dark version > On.

Ok thank you, I have successfully completed the task.
Hello,
I’m glad to hear that. Feel free to contact me if you need any other help.

Hello Olga,
I have two websites and two theme licenses with XStore theme. I tried to update both sites’ XStore Core from 1.0.23 theme to 1.1.4. (currently XStore 4.28.1 but need to update to the latest new 5.1) however was unsuccessful unfortunately. It completely changed the look and style of my sites with a white blank page. Are you able to help me please? I just took backups using the plugin All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

Hello,
Update from 4.x to 5.x theme version should be done via FTP. Please watch our video tutorial https://youtu.be/I7wPeHEPb6E
Note that XStore 5.0 is a major update and we have changed a lot of things https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ including theme styles.
Also, if you use child theme then child theme files should be updated according to new files.
To update the theme you can create staging sites and make the update there. Then, if everything is ok, update the production sites.
If you need our help with theme updating, provide FTP access also.

Hi Rose,
I just tried to update the theme again by following your instructions very closely but I was not successful. I had to restore a backup. May I please ask for your assistance?
Hello,
I have updated themes and included plugins. Check sites.
By the way I found that you copied the full style.css file to your child theme. I have renamed the old child theme style.css because your way is a wrong way. In child theme style.css you need to copy only those styles that you want to overwrite, you should not copy all the styles from parent theme and then change them. Only styles that you want to change.
