License reset request after recommended wp reset

Hello,
I have downloaded demo theme and did a reset through recommended WP Reset plugin. After the reset, I get no user found error. The license is activated and cannot do clean install either. Can you please reset my license so I can activate it again? If I were to have access to it, I would have deactivated the but it is not possible anymore
