I can’t understand why lightbox and image zoom in the single product page doesn’t works.
Can you help me?

Please update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and check single product page then.

I update every single plugin from https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ but the lightbox and the image zoom still doesn’t works.

Is there something else to do?

I’m sorry, now I update Master Slider Pro too (version 2.14.2).

The issue stills.

Please try to disable all 3-d party plugins and check single product page again . Maybe one of them is causing the issue.

I have installed only one plugin out of the Royal Theme package, which is Contact Form 7. I try to disable CF7 but the issue stills.

What can I do?

Do I make mistakes uploading images into the product page?
Are there other general settings out of the Theme Options?
