Lightbox is still active even if set to off

I have lightbox set to OFF,

but it still shows

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We understand that you have disabled the lightbox feature on your website, yet it appears to still be active as per the screenshots you’ve provided.

Please edit any page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disable. Clear cache and check Lightbox on the single product page then.

Ok, but that will disable all lightboxes, not just this on single product files?

Hello, Ziga32,

Could you please specify the locations where you require the lightboxes to be present, as they seem to disappear when a particular option is disabled?

I would like them to be present on all pages, but not on single product page, as I have turned that off.
Is that possible?
