Check the plugin settings http://documentation.laborator.co/item/like-2-discount/installing-and-configuring-plugin/ And make sure that you use the latest version 1.4 of the plugin https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

You need to create FB app and use its ID https://documentation.laborator.co/kb/like-2-discount/general-settings/

Provide me temporary admin panel access to check the plugin settings that you set.

Hello Olga Barlow, thanks for your patience and response, it turns out that I had the fan page only for a specific country, which made the button not visualize well, the same reason why you can not see the page, but I have removed the restriction by countries now everything looks good …

When i enable the plugin. The popup shows but the “like” button does now show – i can send a screenshot if you need it.

Can you help me solve this so i can make the plugin live again to my customers.

Unfortunately, this plugin was removed from Codecanyon and author does not provide support anymore. We are not plugin authors and don’t have the solution for this issue.
