    Good day

    I have purchased this theme before and if I’m not mistaken you used to have a live chat function with regards to help. Do you not offer this service anymore or am I missing something? I have purchased a new licence for a new store I am working on and have run into a few minor problems that I need help with, is there a way to chat to someone? I have received no replies on this forum.

    You may ask questions on forum or enable the chat in Theme Options > General > Layout > https://prnt.sc/gu0h5d

    thanks but I need to change my activation code to the new one I have bought as the old one does not have support anymore how can I change the product key?

    Hello,

    You can deactivate theme in Theme Options and then activate it using the new code.
