LIVE CHAT ISSUES - by captainsesman - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello I complained about the Live chat offline mode not being stable. I observed that if you open the offline chat form after 6-7 seconds it automatically reloads the page. I was asked to remove the url redirect which i did, and was later adviced to contact the plugin creators for assistance. This morning i got the mail and it reads


    “Hello,

    We only provide premium support for our customers who have valid license from CodeCanyon. I suggest you to contact with theme author or asking help WordPress community to fix the issue.

    I apologize we could not be of more direct assistance to you. Please let us know if you have other questions we can assist with.

    Hello,

    Does the issue persists with default WordPress theme? Please activate Twenty Sixteen theme and check it.

    I activated the twenty sixteen theme, and i am experiencing the same issue. Please kindly assist.

    Hello,

    According as to our company politics so to other developers on ThemeForest we don’t provide extending support or bugs fixes for 3rd-party plugins, even if they’re included in our theme. We can help you with different questions if a problem appears only with our theme. But if a problem persists with default WordPress theme and you need the plugin support you should buy a license and contact to their support team.
