Hello Team,

I have updated the Live chat Plugin and things went messy. Please i was told to add this
<?php wp_footer(); ?> inside the body of my theme, which i did but nothing worked.

Please kindly assist as this has messed up my site.

Also the theme is giving me some error message which i have updated the theme severally but to no avail. “Your theme (Royal Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files”
Please kindly assist

Also Footer social media icon seem not to appear bright as the images are in their natural feel.
Please kindly help with that as well

Looks like the issue i had just disappeared but its ok, If you look at my footer you will see the facebook Icon and Twitter Icon and LinkIn symbol which appear not to be visiblie. Where as the images are clear outside the footer.
I hope this makes sense.

Hello,

You shouldn’t worry about outdated files notice.
We edited Woocommerce files in wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce directory and old version may be written in those files. But, please don’t worry, as the original version is written in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates directory.
So you can hide this message.

The “ln” letters inside the circle are transparent and background color of footer overlays it. If you change footer background color to lighter you’ll see linkedin icon, or edit your linkedin image and make “ln” letters white and not transparent.

As for Pushover it’s app to receive notifications from the plugin http://prntscr.com/bmxdb2

Hello,

There is error in Live Chat settings.
You need go to Auth > Sign-in Methods in your Firebase console.
Enable both “Email/password” and “Anonymous” methods.

After that check the chat plugin.

Hello,

Try to use SMTP instead of PHP mail https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/ and try to send email after that.

Please i am lost here now. I had issues with my contact page sometime ago which i was asked to install an smtp which i already have and its working fine. Now i have being asked again to download and install another SMTP plugin. please cant smtp plugin that i have being using do the job for both live and contact page will i have to download this EASY SMTP Plugin? Please i need clarification and assistance, the first live chat worked just fine this another issue now. The issue here is even the operators panel is not working. Please kindly help

Hello,

Sorry, but this is related to Screets Chat update.
You may revert back to older plugin version if you didn’t have issues with it in past.
Also as I see operators panel is working fine when some visitor is online http://prntscr.com/bnfstx .

BTW try to use gmail address in chat settings instead of your website one.
