Hello,
Please i would want to know if i employ somebody to be responding to online chats with my customers
will require them signing into the wordpress environment before they will be able to respond to chats or they are other ways around it. I would be glad if this is sorted out for me. As i intend to employ someone to play that role for me

You need create a user in the dashboard and assign a role to him. Then he’ll be able to log in to WordPress dashboard and use Live Chat.

My question is is they any other method of being online to attend to customers online chats like via mobile phones while on the go or must i be logged on to my dash board thats my complain

The only way to be online in the chat you have to be logged in to the dashboard.
