    Hello,

I have been having trouble setting the plugin, I turned on the option for the home page in the page’s panel and set the plugin’s options in its console… but I can`t figure out the way to make it work. The chat box doesn’t even show up on the homepage nor any other page I set.

I looked for a module of the chat in the visual composer, but didn’t manage to find one… I don’t know what to do…

I`ll appreciate your help very much

    Hi Jack,

thank you for your reply. I updated the theme and the plugins and now the page is a mess.. nothing works as it used to.. (the chat still works not).

We have deactivated some plugins to see if that was the problem (we know some times the plugins are the cause for issues) but nothing got back to normal…

I’ll appreciate i you could have a look to the site to see if you can manage to find what’s wrong.

Are you serious on “didn’t find any issues on the site” Did you try to navigate it?.. the main menu doesn’t scroll “smoothly” anymore to the anchor points… the back to top button shows no more, the filter in the bag sections doesnt work, the images don’t show the arrows to display additional photos, the links to the items page are broken with 404 page… The image at the back of the contact fomr should be full with….

Sorry, you didn’t know the site before, but navigating throuh it would’ve show the issues…

Pending on your reply, and thank you once more… I have tried everything to correct the issues listed before with no success, could you pleas help me out in having the site back up and running normally again?

    Hello,

I’ve resaved permalinks settings and links are working now.
    Clear browser cache and check.
To make Screets Chat work you need create account on https://www.firebase.com/login/ . Follow these instructions http://screets.org/apps/chatx/forums/d/102-chat-session-not-connecting .

Concerning “Back to top” button, may we reupload the theme files?
Please provide us with FTP credentials.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Sory to bother you again, but I noticed that the homepage cannot be edited anymore… wordpress modules are not operational in the backend and the visual composer modules and addons are not displayed. I tried to enter de frontend editing mode, but it never completes loading….

I tried to edit other pages and there’s no problem…. What can be happening?

    Hello,

The problem is related to Revolution Slider plugin.
Update it to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and check the page after that.

    Hello,

As I see in your error_log file there is an error:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 104857600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 284148 bytes)

You need contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase memory_limit value.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Which would be the best recommended memory limit. IT is asking me which would be the memory requirement for the theme….

    Hello Sismo Media,

there is really no “best recommended” PHP memory setting. It is always more the better. E-commerce systems tend to take up more memory and this is not specific to just WooCommerce so just increase memory limit for 50% or 100% if possible.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Hi,

IT has changed my PHP limit… the editing capabilities are back in order, tu the theme still gets stuck from time to time: it just loads the slider, not all the page’s content. You have to reload 1 or several times for the page to fully load its contents….

Hope you can help me out with that, please…

    Hello,

Then remove the plugins that are causing the issues.
You may search for other plugins that will optimize your site.

    Best regards,

The issue is general, the theme appears to be unstable, in times it simply gets stuck in the slider, other times it sends error 500, other times mobile doesn’t load, and now Im experiencing really slow loading when trying to access a purse’s individual product page….

I’m really desperate by now with this issue, because people are reporting that the page is not working all the time… and I’m losing sales opportunities (I’m not making this up).

Please, please… help me get the page fixed, Iv’e tried many things: rearranging sections/ installing chache plugins, resizing photos, changing/deactivating sliders, augmenting php memory, changing server, etc…. I really, really don’t know what to do anymore….

I’d appreciate your help with this, I’have even considered using other theme…

    Hello,

In your error_log file via FTP I see the error:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 115343360 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 281923 bytes) in /home/prunesmex/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/class-vc-base.php on line 812

There is lack of memory on a server where you host your site.
Ask your hosting provider support to increase memory_limit value to 256M, also increase values for post_max_size and upload_max_filesize functions to 64M.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
