“Live Copy” element copy problem……..

Hi
I am getting the following error, copying is not happening.

Live Paste feature is not allowed right now, because you didn’t copy any section before. You can find nice looking sections here: https://xstore.8theme.com/widgets/

Having the exact same problem. The live copy is just greyed out. I can copy the element on the element site. It says that I did copy it. Then going to my site, right click and it is greyed out. Also by clicking on the copy button. The tutorial video is not helping as they can just paste and mine is greyed out.?

I use chrome.

As a preliminary troubleshooting step, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins, including cache plugins, that are not included with XStore. After disabling these plugins, please clear your browser cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of these additional plugins may be causing the problem.

can copy from the elements site but can not paste on my site.

The problem persists with Chrome and Opera browsers. However, I can copy with Edge.
