Live Paste feature is not allowed right now

I’m trying to live copy few elements from the xstore elements page, but when I click live copy and they try to paste them in my website it shows following

error Live Paste feature is not allowed right now, because you didn’t copy any section before. You can find nice looking sections here: https://xstore.8theme.com/widgets/.

I purchased your service for these features so that I can work on them and use them freely, and have them available to me whenever I need them. It is not for me to send you the link and you give me only a part of it. I am not satisfied with this service at all. I need to work and use the tools at my convenience

I want to use those features freely without having to come back to you every minute. This is ridiculous and poor service. If I had known I would encounter this problem, I wouldn’t have bought your template

I imported a json file with the features I wanted into the web page I set up, but all sections were added to the web page. I don’t want this. I only want to add the section I need..how can do that.
for exemple in Product Categories Element i want to chose just Product Categories Masonry 1
…how can i do that?

To be honest with you, this is very tiring. I chose your template for the ease of adding parts as it was marketed. But what I found after purchasing the template is completely different. I am not satisfied at all.

If those features are no longer available, why are you still marketing them? And if you can’t solve the problem that seems to have existed since last year, why are you misleading the buyer?
