Live Site does not match Elementor Layout

Hi,
I am creating my new website. I design my main page using Elementor and it looks great. Once I logout and view my website using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, nothing is in place and it doesn’t reflect the fonts and layout that appear when building in Elementor. I have tried several XStore Studio templates and every single one reflects incorrectly on the live website. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I disabled the W3 Cache plugin and it is now appearing correctly on the live site. This plugin was downloaded with the XStore theme, so I was surprised to find that as the culprit. Should I keep it deactivated or is there a fix? Should I download a different cache app? Do I need this feature?
