"LOAD NEW" Button not working - by Millania.Shop

Hello,

I would like to use the element “8theme – products” and display my products in grid format instead of a slider. Unfortunately the “LOAD NEW” button isn’t working. How can I fix that?

Please, make sure you have the plugin WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination correctly set up. Check these instructions https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/

Make sure no other external plugins conflicts with this one.

Hello Helen,

I set up infinity scroll as described but the error still occurs + infinity scroll on catalogue pages isn’t working either.

What to do now?

Hi there

Did you check the external plugins? If you have some installed, disable them to check if the issue remains.

You may also enable Woocommerce default theme and check this.

If no result, please attach your WP admin details in Private content.

I can’t just disable plugins and switch to default theme as the page is already live.

I provided login data. Would be great if you could check whats going on.

Hello Helen,

the button now works. Thanks for that! 🙂

But now all prices in the frontend are displayed incorrectly. In the backend they are displayed correctly. This was not before the changes were made. How can that be?
