Hello,
It comes from Revolution slider http://prntscr.com/sg7qxm
What version of the Rev Slider do you use? Do you have any custom CSS in the slider settings? Could you provide us with the temporary WP Dashboard access to your site?
Regards
Dear Olga,
I have the 6.1.5 version of revolution slider. I do not have any CSS in the slider setting. The slider is a simple banner with no animations.
Please find the temporary access to a staging site of mine that I use for testing. Please let me know about the possible changes because I would need to manually implement them on the live site.
Thanks for your help.

Hello,
Check now. Looks that it was some out of date custom CSS code of the previous version of the Revolution slider that was not removed after the update. I had to remove it manually from the DB table.

Dear Olga,
Thank you!
I would need to implement the same change on the other staging site that I’m planning to push live. Could you please tell me how to implement the manual action that you have performed?
Fabio.
Hello Fabio,
Go to /wp-admin/options.php.
Find revslider-static-css and copy the input content to a safe place just in case and clear the input after that http://prntscr.com/sgxa9f Save your changes http://prntscr.com/sgxbd0

Hi Olga,
Thank you for your explanation. I have managed to follow the procedure however, there is something strange happening. Both on my other staging site and live website when i save, afterwards the same css codes re-appear in revslider-static-css.
It looks like that I cannot properly save. Could you please advise? did you do something else in order to save the change?
If necessary I could provide you access to the other staging and live website.
Thanks.

Hello,
I did not make anything else. Just updated the plugin to the latest versions and these changes.
If you still have the problem you may provide us access. But do the backup of the DB before this just in case.

Dear Olga,
Before asking you to do it on my behalf I would like to make the last trial on my own.
Could you please let me know how you updated the revslider before deleting the static css?
I guess I must do it via FTP however, in the plugins category, do I need to replace the revslider folder or I must first delete it and then copy the new folder?
Thanks.
Fabio.
Dear Olga,
I came to the conclusion that I would really need your help. I believe that something is wrong because although I updated the revslider to the latest version 6.2.8 when I open the wp-admin/options.php i see that the table reports an old version 6.2.0. Please compare the data reported in the options.phph here https://snipboard.io/Y81LTf.jpg with what reported in the plugins menu https://snipboard.io/n9EsvC.jpg
I have the feeling that this is the reason why I cannot delete the static css and they keep reappearing after i save.
I would appreciate if you have a look at it and help me to fix the issue before I push the website live.
This is a staging site with the latest version of my website that I am planning to deploy. Please be careful with it. I made a copy of the database, just in case. I would really appreciate if you can have a look at it and help me to delete the revslider static css that are blocked by google.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
Nope, unfortunately that installation does not allow to change the DB fields using the Dashboard interface. In this case, try to remove the mentioned code from the DB using phpMyAdmin.
