    Hello…
I have the feeling that our website has a problem loading the pages. Maybe it could be about something about the cache. I don’t know if you can check it, if it is not annoyance or abuse on my part. Thank you

    Hello,

There are errors in the console http://prntscr.com/ski7dn
Make sure that all the plugin that you use are up to date. Update them if necessary.
Do you use any cache or modification plugins? Try to disable third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and check if it fixes the problem. If not then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to take a closer look.

    Regards

    Hello,

Go to https://www.8theme.com/downloads and compare versions of the bundled plugins that you use with the versions we have there. Update all the bundled plugins. After that provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

    Regards

    Hello,

I have deactivated all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and site works http://prntscr.com/socqmg Probably one of the third-party plugins caused that error.
So, go to your Plugins and disable third-party plugins one by one looking at which one causes the issue. Once you find contact plugin author to fix the problem.

    Regards
