Hi,
first of all, nice theme!
But i have one small problem. Sometimes the page doesn’t load properly. The page start to load properly after hitting refresh. So first time visit, the page looks not fully loaded and after refreshing it, it looks like it should.
Would be nice if you have a solution for me.
I disabled all plugins. And the problem even occured before enabling cache.
1. Visit:
After refresh:
Hello,
Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access so we can take a closer look.

Here you go. Thanks.
Hello,
Problem caused by js errors in console http://prntscr.com/l9fey9 Do you use any server cache and minification? I’m talking not about W3 cache plugin but about server cache and minification http://prntscr.com/l9fh3u ? Try to disable it and let me know about results.
Regards
so you think mod_pagespeed is causing the problem?
I installed a wordpress problem which says that it fixes mod_pagespeed problems, now.
I will give it try and let you know if this helped.
Is there no other possibility to fix this?
Because i can only disable mod_pagespeed serverwide, and actually i don’t want to do this.
Your theme is the only one which has problems.
Is there no other workaround?
Hello,
But did you try to disable that mod and if everything works fine then?
Problem is that js error appears not just in our theme but in WPBakery plugin file, we are not plugin developers, we just use it as the bundled plugin.
Regards
No, because i can’t disable it serverwide. I don’t have permission.
Hello,
You need to contact your hosting provider to check this. We can’t move the next step if we are not sure that server cache and minification are not the reason of the problem.
Regards
Now all caches should be deactivated and the page looks even worse.
By the way, i have this theme a second time. Link in private content. There I don’t have this problem.
But i didn’t do that page myself. This is why i think the preloader solves the problem. But i installed a preloader on this page but this didn’t work.
I even have the same visual composer version on a different page and there i don’t notice any problems.
//Edit: now i get this error at my slider revolution :
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
//Edit 2: When changing themes to other themes there is no problem, page works fine then. It must be a theme problem, really.
And i checked the page from this other guy, he also have the loading problems….
//Edit 3: i will try to update visual composer now
//Edit 4: Didn’t fixed the problem. It really must be the theme.
//Edit 5: There are even more worpdress sites on this server and only the 2 woopress sites are having problems. Admin says that there are 16 wordpress pages on this server with different themes and none of them is having problems. Only me and my friend (who recommended me woopress 😀 )
Hello,
Once I disable “Fixes for mod_pagespeed” plugin I don’t see js errors in the console and homepage loads fine.
If the plugin is enabled then js error appears even when the default WP theme Twentyseventeen is enabled https://gyazo.com/5213c8dc5c16099dbca97d3dd5256a8b
Disable this plugin.
Regards
No, i installed this plugin after your first reply. The problems occured before this plugin.
Still having the problems.
I don’t know but once I disable plugin I don’t see js error and don’t see problems with loading scripts that causes issue on home page. Maybe it was the combination of your server cache settings + plugin, maybe just server cache settings but as you can see error in console appears not just when our theme is activated.
Regards
but when you load the site with your theme there are problems. If i switch to any other theme i can load the site properly
Why is your theme the only one causing problems?
There are multiple wordpress installations on this server each with a different theme. And only two sites with woopress, and they both don’t work properly.
Now i uploaded 2 different themes. Brooklyn and The7 . They both work fine. But i still want to use yours because i like the shop design… (and i don’t want to have paid for nothing…)
Hello,
That js error breaks our theme scripts and it causes problem. Don’t you see js error when the other themes are enabled? Because we saw that error even with the default WP theme.
Regards
Now i checked with some guy at fiverr who fixes plesk issues. He can’t find any problems on my server.
I think i will change themes. Very sad, but actually the only solution to make the page work properly.
Please look over it again and try to fix it or i want a refund.
//Edit: Can’t you ask wpbakery visual composer for help? Because after looking closely it looks like a wpbakery error.
Hello,
We don’t have reply from WPBakery about this. If you want the refund you can submit refund request here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Regards
You have released a new update for your theme. It looks like it solved the problem!
Hello,
That is great thank you for letting us know.
Regards
Sadly i still notice the problems. I thought it was fixed but actually it isn’t. Site just loaded nice a few times while i checked.
Please contact Visual Composer / WPBakery to discuss this problem, because it is very likely a problem with VC / WPB
Hello,
We have posted the comment in the comments area of the WPBakery https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments?page=977&filter=all#comment_20884887
We found other users with the same problem (for example https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments?page=878&filter=all#comment_18191505 ) but plugin authors did not provide a helpful solution.

Have you given him the login credentials like he asked?
Hello,
Yes. Waiting for the reply.
Regards
Please keep me posted, because i really need a solution. Even mod_pagespeed is disabled serverwide right now and still noticing the problems. Please push WPBakery to find a solution very quick. Thank you.
Hello,
Problem is that their support can’t reproduce the problem. Actually, I can see the problem from time to time. One time I don’t have any issue, another one I see the error when reloaded the page.
Their support told us that if even for us problem appears randomly it means something is with the server settings http://prntscr.com/lr5qdd
Do you have any async loading of scripts enabled in the server configuration or something similar?
Regards
These are the available Modules : https://prnt.sc/lr94q8
I even deleted mod_pagespeed. I went through almost any combination of cache enabled, cache disabled, files served by nginx, reversed proxy by nginx to apache and and and. This problems occurs all the time. Every other webpage is working without any problems.
I had async loading scripts/plugins in wordpress but they are also disabled.
Really don’t know what to do. The server is a normal plesk installation. Nothing special. Pure standard. I tried every php version, tried event and prefork with almost every combination, no success.
But i never get this error when using edge/iexplorer only chrome.
Really don’t know what to do. This is the only page i am having this problem. 14 other pages work super fine and they are running WPBakery, too.
//Edit: In the configuration right now this problem only occurs when entering the page. I also don’t see the preloader popping up at the beginning. But when i navigate through the menu i see the preloader and the pages load without problems. But when i click on hyperlinks the problem occurs again.
I am offering 50€ for a fix. You can get plesk login from me if you need to do some work there.
Hello,
Check now, please.
Regards
Looks good right now. Hope bug won’t come back.
What is the fix?
Can i enable cache and higher Php version again?
Tell me your paypal.
Hello,
I have disabled Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin because I faced notice from that plugin in the console. I think some script of this plugin could be the reason for the problem but you need to check the site during the next few days. You may try to enable the cache and higher PHP version and make sure if everything is ok after that. Let me know about the results.
Thank you for your offer but I don’t need any fee, the main goal is to help our customers because the main award is to satisfy the client and maybe he’ll decide to become returning customer and buy our theme for the next project.
Regards
Thank you very much.
Crazy, because i disabled/enabled every plugin one by one. I really tested every combination of everything.
Anyway, thank you very much!
