Loading Problems with New Release 6.1.4 - by George

    I have several problems with mobile with most recent upgrade (same problems also occur on desktop but seem to be intermittent)

    .) The All Products menu on mobile works from home page and when on any non-product page. BUT, the All Product Menu does not work after you use the menu selection to get to any of the category or single product pages. Once you are on those pages you can’t use the All Products menu again unless go back to the home page.

    2.) On mobile if you go to a single product page and use the drop down selectors for size and color etc it no longer shows any price after you make a selection? Also the tabs no longer work on the single product page. You can however add to cart and when on the cart page you can then use the product link to take you back to the single product page. There the price now shows and the tabs work. However if you go to another single product page the same problem reoccurs.

    3.) All these same problems happen intermittently when on a desktop. When on the single product page using desktop many times the brand widget which is on all single product pages never loads (just the circular arrow shows) and if we have a WP Bakery slider with pictures it will not load. The tabs also fail to work. Here is an example to use for desktop that has a slider. https://exteriorcoatings.com/product/metallic-epoxy-coating-pigment-colorant/

    These are serious problems that are impacting our business. PLease help!

    I don’t have a stand along cache plugin. ONly one I have is WP Rocket. Is that what you want me to disable?

    Problem seems to have gone away :). I disconnected WP Rocket and reactivated it without the CDN connected and mobile works just fine and no intermittent issues on desktop so all is good at the moment 🙂 Thanks.
