    Theme Options > Header > Header layout > Mini cart banner content

    Likely, this text relates to WooCommerce plugin translation. Go to Loco translate > Plugins > Woocommerce > click on Sync > find and translate “Shipping”. Do not forget to cleat cache before checking result. If this doesn’t help, you need to check translations of your additional plugins.
