Loco Translate error - by Umut - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to translate your X Store Theme by using Loco Translate plugin. However, it’s not working and I couldn’t figure it out. Here is the screenshot of my problem on the attachment. When I’m trying to create a new language on Loco Translate Theme Translation page it comes empty as you can see on the screenshot. http://prntscr.com/u23j49

    Have you followed this article https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ ? Do you have any errors in the browser console?
    Provide URL and temporary wp-admin so we can take a closer look https://prnt.sc/u23t5e

    Hello,

    Not sure why this happens, probably some glitch of the Loco translate plugin or compatibility issue with the third-party plugin that you use or WP version. I have placed the translation files to the correct folder, so use Loco translation to finish the translation.
