Hi,
I have installed this pluin Loco Translate and feels it is easyer to use insted the other program for translate.
After I install it and looked at one of the menus that says Translations (PO). Under that menu it says xx_XX : Unknown language.
Then I install a New language “danish” and for testing I changed login and log off but nothing happen after I saved. Do the plugin not work on IDstore?
Hello,

Next edit wp-config.php located in the root folder of wordpress and define the WPLANG prefix with your language name which should be similar to the translation file name.
In my wp-config.php looks like this one “see privat” and I have tryed
Hello,
You need change your code $locale='dk_DK';
to prefix with your language name, for example Danish $locale='da_DA';

To translate words in woocommerce, shall I have to go here?
wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages
—> I have change the word Lost Password? (in danish Glemt kodeord), when I press it I get a error 404
Sorry, but the page you are looking for is not found. Please, make sure you’ve typed the current URL.
Hello,
Yes, to translate Woocommerce you need edit .po files in the directory wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages, here is their documentation: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-localization/ (6. Translating with PoEdit).
Please provide us with WP Dashboard credentials to check the issue with “Lost password” link.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.

Hello,
The reason was you didn’t have “My Account” page. I’ve created it and selected as “My account page” in Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts tab.
Please check the page now.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.

Is it IDstore or woocommerce that have this problem and can it get fixes?
Hello,
We haven’t produced new theme version yet which will be compatible with the latest version of Woocommerce plugin. We recommend you to revert back to old Woocommerce version until theme update is released.
Please take our apologies for inconveniences.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
AAaaa okay…. Do you have a easy guide about how to revert back sir?
and when will the new IDshop version be made you think?
Hello,
You can remove new plugin version via FTP and upload old “woocommerce” plugin folder in wp-content/plugins directory. If you have difficulties we can do this for you.
New theme release should be produced within next week.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
aaaa okay, if it is only a week, I can wait… but thx! kind of you!
I wish you and your colleague good weekend
Hello,

Have a nice weekend too.

Hi
I have a problem what I am not sure about. When users want to see products or pressering on the category the page get error 404.
When we press butik (shop) on my page in the english version language, the pages are working fine but in the denish version the error shows up.
also the status of wocommerce have some old files.
Shall I folder this video of wocommerce to fixe them?
http://docs.woothemes.com/document/template-structure/
Hello,
Please try to resave Permalinks settings in WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and check pages after that.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Thx. it works!
What about this ones (out of date): see private content
Hello,
You shouldn’t worry about those notices. They won’t affect your site at all. We edited Woocommerce files in wp-content/themes/idstore/woocommerce directory and old version may be written in those files. But, please don’t worry, as the original version is written in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates directory.
So you can hide this message or you can fix it by editing the files in wp-content/themes/idstore/woocommerce directory and change the version to the current Woocommerce version that you’re using.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
See private.
also when I change to eng. to denish and over again.. I need to resave all the time. I dont know, if the problem can be fixed, if it is something that is with IDstore
Hello,
Please describe how we can replicate the issue as there is no language switcher on your site.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
