    Hello Zeeshan Ahmad,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

Please temporarily activate the Storefront theme (Appearance > Themes) and check how it works with this default WooCommerce theme.
Should the issue persist irrespective of the theme activated on your site, we advise you to contact WooCommerce support for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear @Zeeshan Ahmad,

We recently conducted a test using the Storefront theme and observed that validation errors are only displayed upon page refresh. You can view the details here: https://gyazo.com/926a5e7846532442a81480783d3237c0.

We noticed a similar behavior with our XStore theme, suggesting that your testing might have been performed differently. If you have experienced field validations with the Storefront theme that do not require a page refresh, could you kindly provide us with a video demonstration and detailed steps on how we can replicate this on our local site?

Should this not be the case, we would have to classify your request as one for additional customization. This service falls outside the scope of our basic support. Should you require this customization, please proceed by submitting a request via the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Best regards,

    Dear Jack,

Thanks for replying. We need the functionality similar to the storefront theme. i.e, displaying errors upon page refresh. As you can see in our website using xstore theme, the page only refreshes but no error is displayed. i am sharing the URL of staging website where we have activated the storefront theme. Kindly check that.

    Thanks

    Hello @Zeeshan Ahmad,
We added ‘WooCommerce notices’ Elementor widget above the account login form -> https://gyazo.com/b6af482ca44fa6769606f1882bc0b9f6 so now you can see the notices on loginization/registration errors.
Please, check the result now !
    Kind regards,
    Jack Richardson
