Lose the mobile menu configuration automatically

Hello,

When I update from any Xstore customization option I lose the mobile menu configuration automatically.

To get it back I go to Xstore -> Theme Settings -> Mobile Panel and update. And it works fine again until something is updated again.

Where can I look for the error?

Hello,

Do you resize the browser window without page re-loading? I suppose your customers won’t re-size browser window using Dev tools.

I have used the browser to do the image capture. It is displayed badly from the iphone and android mobile

Hello,

Do you use the cache plugin? Which one do you use? You need to enable a separate cache for the mobile devices in the cache plugin setting.

Or if you don’t want to enable that then disable Mobile header optimization option in Theme Options > General.
