    Hello,

Our site’s mega menu stopped working and I’m unable to save settings in menu, I’m not really sure where the problem is but I used to have 5 columns and height of 450 for mega menu but it’s gone and changed to 2 columns, I’m unable to save the settings with mega menu as design and set the # of columns, it saves without any errors but actually looks like it’s not saving.

    Help appreciated!

    Hi,

Please try this solution: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-custom-menu-items-limit-in-wordpress/ if that didn’t work, please pass us the WP and FTP Login details, so that we can check what’s going wrong.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hi Laranz,

I don’t have suhosin as property in php7.x version my site uses. I increased max-input-var to 5000 as in the post but that didn’t do anything. I read the entire link all the way down but none of the suggestions seem to be applicable.

Please see private section for credentials.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello,

Unfortunately, as I can see you did not change the PHP max input vars limit http://prntscr.com/fzy3tg

Actually I have, not sure why it isn’t reflecting in that setting, please see private section for the setting on the server. Do I need to re-boot my VM for the settings to become effective.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I did do a graceful reboot of the server, wouldn’t that re-start Apache as well? Unfortunately I still see 5000 in woocommerce status page. I don’t know where it’s reading that information from.

    Got it!

This setting has to be changed in CPanel in order to reflect it correctly on woocommerce status page.

Thanks for your assistance as always!
