We seem to have lost our order history when we had to do a backup/restore due to theme issues with WooCommerce and the current version of the theme.
Everything is now functioning on the site – YAY! – but when we tried to import the old ordered, we see the order count on top of the page as (126) but we only see 7 orders listed there. All of the orders prior are recognized in the system but we can’t access them at all. Please help!
I can’t figure out how to show the orders – I know they are there because the total order count is accurate, however we need to be able to see prior order history and stats and details. Any ideas?
