Lost password email redirects to lost password page

Hi,

When a user presses the forgot password link within their email they get redirected to the forgot password page where they need to enter their email rather than the new password form.

I’ve tried a different theme and it seems to work then, so I believe it’s theme related, is there anything I can do to investigate this issue?
