Lot of problems - by Borsan - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi, we bought xstore yesterday, but it is very very painful to setup the theme on an existing site.
Also lot of plugins asking for activation code, when we enter the theme purchase code, it does not work!!!
Also on staging site the same problem/
We use Elementor and have Elementor pro also.
Is there any solution to avoid all this painful effort?
The documentations say nothing about installing the theme on an existing site and no useful videos or docs about Elementor website.
So what should we do if we dont need those demos which full of links to other websites?
We did not now that it will be so hard to manage and get such theme and plugins working.
We hope that you have a good and fast support, and that our sutomers not get scammed on envato again.

Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.

Download archive of the theme from ThemeForest, go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Add new > upload XStore_Theme_v.8.0.5.zip > press the Install Now button to upload and install the theme, activate it. Go to XStore > Welcome > register theme using your purchase code. Then go to Plugins Installer > install and activate XStore Core plugin. All other plugins are recommended but not obligatory.
If your site is live, or you are just worried, I would recommend creating a staging site (full copy of the existing one), you can practice the installation and do some tests there first. If you face any problem, make screenshots, provide URL of the staging site, and temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area here, we will check and help.

About plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/ As described in our docs, you do not need to enter any code to be able to use them.

Hi,
First, i am good with elementor , after long time designing website with elementor,
Second: lot of plugins asking for activation codes.
third, we installed the theme and i think we have more 12 years experiences with worpress.
4th, we are doing that on our staging site, which we use for such cases for long time before we buy the theme.
We would be so grateful if any experienced support member can contact us or replay to us with none copy past solutions.
We have a business and we dont want to waste long time searching for solutions.

Thanks for the reply.
From which plugin the screenshot was done?
Registration of plugins that come bundled with the theme is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation. The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers.
What exactly plugin you can’t use without the activation?
It is not our theme is activated on the mentioned site. What exactly problem with XStore theme installation do you face? We can upload and activate it for you, provide temporary wp-admin access (via the Private Content area here).
