Lots of issues with a new install – listed below

Just installed this after buying it 3 months. I replaced a Woodmart template, but disappointed. Lots of issues that shouldn’t be there.

1. No page layout options – Just page width. Just want a full width page with no sidebar.
2. No Sidebar options – Document shows there is a option to set sidebar width but its not there. There should be a option to set sidebar, left or right and width. These is basic setup.
3. Cannot import demo. It spins and then a popup shows saying setting up a demo is a breeze. and no button to click etc. Tried it several times nothing happens.
4. The Massive Addons plugin is a WP plugin that is no longer on Codecanyon. Either it should be removed or clealy mentioned it is a WPBakery plugin. I installed it only to remove it.
5. I use Elementor Pro, so clicking on the header builder opens up the Elementor theme builder. Which is fine. Guess it is meant for folks that do not have elementor Pro. So I will use elementor Pro as that way my templates will be under elementor and can be reused.
6. Slides – Adding new slides does nothing.
7. Same with Megamenu. Clicking add new Megamenu does nothing.

1, 2/ We kindly request you to navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Blog > Blog Layout > Sidebar only for blog page, enable the option, and then publish the changes.

3/ Before proceeding with the import, please ensure that all third-party plugins are disabled.
To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

2/ It is not our theme that is activated on your site right now.

3/ There are two header builders available, and you can choose the one that best suits your preferences:
– Header Builder in Theme Options (old one) – https://youtu.be/RbdKjQrFnO4?feature=shared
– Header Builder with Elementor – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/
If you have 2 builders activated, the settings from the new one will have higher priority.

It is completely normal to take some time to familiarize yourself with the settings of a new theme, especially if you have been using a different one before. We kindly ask you not to judge our product too quickly. Many of our clients successfully use it, and we are continuously working on improving the theme to enhance your experience.
