When I tested the site’s speed, this appeared to me like the picture

Hello,

Theme options > Header builder > Main header > Background Image
Also, change URLs of images in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Mobile
Clear all cache (from the server, plugin, browser) and check then.

Hello,

Once I removed the image it does not display on your site. I suppose that you removed the header image before, not the breadcrumbs image.
