Mailchimp for wordpress error: There is no form with id 163!

mailchimp form form couldn’t be detected in footer section, its showing deleted perhaps the proper form code [mc4wp_form id=163], I tried pasting html paragraph as well provided by support team, but instead it doesn’t work. Please help!

Seems like it doesn’t work either, it couldn’t accept Sign Up request, when I tried to do with a random email submission. Please see if anything could done in this issue! Thanks.
