there are 2 mailchimp newsletter check marks – see images attached.
How to remove theme ?

We have reviewed the images you attached and understand that there are two Mailchimp newsletter checkboxes appearing.

It seems that you are using the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin. We kindly suggest either adjusting the plugin settings or disabling it to resolve the issue.
