Mailchimp not working - by BSW - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello

I have Mailchimp installed and have opened an account with them.
I am using the MC4WP plugin with your theme. I have activated the API and it says connected.

However, it does not work.
I have a “subscribe” form/box in my footer, and when I enter a test email, it says it was successful and to check email for conformation, but I never get any email. And yes I checked spam etc.
It also does not seem to be working correctly in the Woocommerce plug in.

I have no idea what is wrong and I desperately need help. PLEASE!

Hello,

Make sure that Mail function is enabled on your server. Contact your hosting provider and check mail logs, make sure that the mail function works fine from the server side.

I got the email to work for the most part.
However, I have the integrations section of the MC4WP app set so that there should be a subscribe to our newsletter checkbox in the comment section, but there is not.
This is a plug-in that was provided with the same, so I’m hoping you can help. MC4WP plugin does not offer direct support.
