Main Header (and menu) Transparent and fixed

Hi Sir,
I would like to have my Main Header (?) with transparent menu as in the photo.
I understood that I can change the background color in “Header Builder > Main Header > WCAG Color” (right?) but it always remains in its space at the top of the page and then the site begins.
I would like it to be integrated into the site, to be part of the site as in the photo.
Could you also make it so that it stays fixed and doesn’t go away when you scroll the page?

Your change MUST NOT BE VISIBLE ON THE SITE NOW.
This is important because this change will have to be seen on the next version of the site.
So I ask you to make it visible ONLY on the test page that I indicate to you privately.
