Main menu link not working when i have submenu on mobile device

Hi,
i have a main menu with submenu categories. When i click on main menu category then open dropdown menu and you can click on submenu.
Is it possible to click on main category on double click from mobile device ?

Please go to Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Dropdown Opening Action > Off.
