This questions are a bit unclear for us.
Please provide us with screenshot for each problems that you got.

You can use LightShot program to make screenshots.

If I understood you correctly in 1 and 2 part of your questions after changes the image size in WooCommerce->Settings->Display->Product Images you need regenerate your thumbnails via Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

Remove Hard Crop option and regenerate thumbnails with this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ . After that check images.

Hello,

1. I’ve cleared server cache via FTP. Now clear browser cache and check your site.

2. To change font for IE add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

.menu > li a { font-family: 'Roboto' !important; }

3. Some plugin is causing the issue. Disable 3rd-party plugins and check.

1. We recommend to keep Regenerate Thumbnails plugin as when you change images sizes in Woocommerce settings you need regenerate thumbnails.

2. If you set up SSL certificate without this plugin then you can delete it.

1. To change font color in sidebar use this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

.sidebar .widget_nav_menu ul > li a { color: #000 !important; }

To add icons to sidebar you can use some 3rd-party plugin.

2. Plus/minus feature for quantity box was removed in Woocommerce update.
