Major issues with Xstore across all my sites

We are having major issue after wordpress 5.5 with all our xstore builds, Woocommerce won’t function correctly and can’t update

Theme update fails, XStore Core plugin generate critical error, can’t update

On one attempt on one of the stores the upgrades, it’s wiped all CSS and headers, had to rebuild the whole thing again

I’ll give details on one example in private, this site won’t update anything

Hello,

I checked your backend and see that all the plugins and theme are completely out of date. Please, provide us with FTP access to your site and we’ll help you with updates.

The issue we have which has now been caused elsewhere, if we upgrade from V5 to V6 the website goes so slow, I have created a ticket before on this but I don’t think anything happened

V5 average load time of 1.3 seconds, upgrade to V6 average load time is 10 seconds

Still hugely confused, so the theme is still V5, doesn’t matter I prefer that, if I go to V6 the speed will go back to 10 seconds

Hello,

Are you talking about product update in the backend? Does it save fast with the default WP theme (Storefront for example)?
Because we did not make any improvements for the product settings during the last updates.
