Hello

We have just bought you XStore theme, we are having major broblemes with the speed. We have uploaded the demo content for the demohttps://xstore.8theme.com/ on testing om Gmetrix it is showing very bad scores.

On the other hand when I test your online demo (https://xstore.8theme.com/) it scores very high. My question is:

1 – What plugins have you used to achieve such speed and to score so high?

2 – What server configuration is your demo theme runing on?

Hello,

1) We use the following plugins for this version:
Contact Form 7, GMAPS for Visual Composer, MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress, Slider Revolution, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination, WPBakery Page Builder, XStore Core, YITH WooCommerce Compare, YITH WooCommerce Wishlist, WP Rocket.

2) We use nginx/1.19.3, PHP version:7.4.11, WordPress memory limit: 256Mb, PHP max input vars: 3000, PHP time limit: 60, MySQL version:5.5.5-10.1.46-MariaDB.

Could you, please, provide us with link to your site and WP Dashboard access to check the site speed?

Thank you for replying. It looks we are getting in the right direction following your configuration, but we have stumbled on a licensing problem, it looks like we have activated too many time the license on different subdomain (even though it’s the same project) for testing purposes. Is it possible to reset the license on one subdomain and later one transfer it to our official domain

Hello,

Try now. Also, we would recommend you update theme to version 7.1 and the XStore core plugin to version 3.1, these versions include some improvements of the speed performance.
