Dear All,
We are having major problem with product filtering on our e-shop
http://www.maxinfashion.gr
We have tried any possible combination for the attributes and product variations and still the product filtering is not working correctly.
The Ajax filtering is now turned on in the 8theme options section.
Can you guess what is probably wrong with the the legenda filtering options and the actual info for the attributes and variation of a product?
Thank you in advance for your reply
Hello,
Could you, please, describe in more detail your actions step by step to reproduce the issue. We tried to filer products and don’t see any issues https://gyazo.com/f329d75ab52dc96e5f1d41e0751fd182

Dear Olga,
Thank you for your reply.
The real problem that we are facing is that we want the product filtering Size to show only the product variations and not the attribute.
Is this possible with legenda or should we look for another way to do this let’s say with a plug in?
Hello,
Sorry, I’m not sure that I understand you. What do you mean bu show variations, not attribute?
Regards
Ok! No problem I will send you during the day an example with images.
Hello,
Ok, sure.

The number marked in the red placeholder is the number created by the attribute 48-large.
So the naumber in the parenthesis is shown by info that have to do with the attributes in the product.
We want to know if it is possible through legenda to show the number in the product filter that takes the info from the variations for example the variations marked in the red place holder in image c
Do you have any syggestions like a plug in that can co operate with Legenda and do the function we want?
Thank you in advance for your reply
Hello,
This widget is the default WooCommerce widget and our theme does not have any additional options for this. We can help you only in case it displays wrong number of products when our theme is enabled but correct number with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
If filter works the same way with both themes (Legenda and Storefront) then you need to contact WooCommerce plugin support to get any suggestions for this, we can do nothing.
Regards
