I’ve had an open topic on this for weeks and it has yet to be corrected. I’ve had no orders for a few weeks from the holidays, and just heard from a friend today that tried to order (and didn’t realized I worked on the site) and she sent me this:

“Hi CJ! I did not mean to order two. When I went through the check out I got an error message (which I posted to you) then I hit the order button again and got the same error message so I gave up and left the site.”

This is the same thing we have heard from MULTIPLE customers and no one can place a successful order. I have been more than frustrated with this theme and the fact that people can’t order my client’s product. In addition we STILL have no tracking working for Google Analytics no matter where we implement the code (in theme options or WooCommerce settings). Neither of these issues have ever been resolved – what a nightmare! And to find out customers still can’t order – even worse both orders went through. So customers get an error, but the order is placed and their card is charged. If they try again a second time, then they get double charged. It’s a nightmare.

    Hello,

If you faced this message, that related to woocommerce plugin as you can see, it means you need to increase WP Memory Limit http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
Also we want to specify your main site. Is it giddyupgear.horseflydigital.com ? We checked checkout settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout) and don’t see any active payment gateway, your customers won’t be able to make order, till this option is not set. Please, follow woocommerce documentation http://docs.woothemes.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/sell-products/

    Regards,

Site is GiddupGear.com. The Horseflydigital version is a dev-only version.

    WooCommerce works fine.
    Google Analytics STILL does not.

    Hello,

Confirm, does WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration work fine with default theme?
If you use this plugin you don’t need Google Analytics Code in theme options.

Yes I’ve tried using GA code in the theme options, in the WooCommerce Options and tested multiple plugins and it doesn’t work for this site. Something with the theme is interfering with the e-commerce tracking only. everything else works fine.

    Hello,

Does WooCommerce Google Analytics code work with other themes, for example with default WordPress theme?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
