I am facing with my webshite https://www.hellenicfoodbasket.com/
After a lot of reseach my hosting provider told me that: “In the construction part fo the theme, we find that the theme you are using is quite “heavy” and makes js and css calls which are not needed, as a result of which the resources you have in the package are not sufficient.”
Althought th ewe site is not so big, these calls forced a lot of errors and the CPU is not enought.
Have you faced it before? Are you able to know why these many js and css calls?
Dear @YCHA,
We hope this message finds you well.
As your hosting provider has conducted an analysis, we kindly request that you share with us the details of any sources that are being loaded unnecessarily. We continuously work on optimizing the speed and performance of our theme, and at this point, we believe we have implemented the most optimized code possible.
However, if you have any further suggestions that could help improve CPU usage or overall performance, we would greatly appreciate your input.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Please check the attached files, seems that that ara some standard jobs from th etheme, which causes these errors and hitting the CPU limits.
Hello @YCHA
Could you please, provide us the correct wp-admin + FTP access so we could test the sources that make such overload for CPU.

Hello @YCHA
1/ We can’t connect FTP:
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?
2/ Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your or our personal email. Please set the administrator role for the user.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
