Hello,

I bought your Xstore theme last night.

Since then, I’ve been tearing my hair out trying to set up the “One page Watch Landing” demo. I’ll tell you the details of the problems.

Before I do, let me sincerely and respectfully tell you that I’m very unpleasantly surprised to struggle so much with a theme. This is the first time! However, I use many themes such as Porto; Electro; Woodmart; Impreza; etc… and I’ve never had to encounter so many bugs.
Since last night I’ve been discovering a lot of bugs. The problem is that with so many bugs, we don’t make any progress. We do and then do again. We erase the base, we reimport the demos and then we spend a lot of time starting all over again. Anyway, anyway…

I’ll tell you my worries and if that doesn’t quickly solve my problems, I’ll ask you for a refund because I’ve already spent too much time for so little progress.

1) Importing the “Watch landing” demo with Bakery editor doesn’t import the second header “landing home page header”. Only the default header is imported.
So you have to choose the “Elementor” editor option to import the theme again and this time the second header that manages the frontpage is imported.

2) I had to understand how to achieve transparency effects only on the home page by creating a second header.
Unfortunately, even by setting this second header to ‘Singular’ and “front page”, nothing changed in the behavior of the site.
That’s when I tried to re-import the demo with the choice “elementor”.

3) Importing the demo theme twice generates duplicates that need to be cleaned up (page; menus; widget).

4) It also generates pages developed on one of the editors that malfunction if you disable a useless editor.

5) The header builder does not display live modifications despite registration steps. You can’t see what you’re doing.

6) Some modifications made on the header using the header builder are not taken into account. Nothing wants to change.

7) A php error in the “promo text” part (see the error in the screenshot : https://prnt.sc/t7wt9i)

8) The slider “landing-watch-products” is not displayed on the home page (see error in the screenshot : https://prnt.sc/t7wjw9)

Hello,

Take our apologies if you faced any inconvenience using our theme.

1) First of all, we do not recommend installing one version over the other one because it caused duplication of course and could be the reason of the other issues. That’s why we clearly ask users to run import on fresh installation and inform that previously imported content won’t be removed but you’ll get new content in addition http://prntscr.com/t7xj5f

2) We’ll check the issue with the multiple headers import for the mentioned version and fix it.
Anyway, if you did not get the second header for the home page it’s easy to create it following the video tutorial https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc or just contact us. There is no need to spend time importing content over and over again.
a) Just create multiple header for the home page only http://prntscr.com/t7xkam

That’s all.

3) Yes, that’s why we don’t recommend import version over the existing content. Clear the installation using special plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/

4) Choose the editor you want to use before the import. Don’t mix editors because they may conflict and does not depend on theme but on editors.

5) It displays changes if there are no any errors in the console. If this does not work for you then maybe you have some errors. Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to check.

6) If you created multiple headers make sure that you edit the correct header. Sometimes happens that users edit the home page header but check the other pages and don’t see their changes or edit header for other changes and don’t see them on the home page header. Can’t tell you for sure if I don’t see your Dashboard.

7) I need to check the backend to tell why you get this warning.

8) You need to choose the products to show in that slider http://prntscr.com/t7xz6m It seems that you did not have any products there to show.

It is pleasant and reassuring to have your support and help quickly.

I am sharing with you other difficulties I am encountering. It’s laborious and I can’t see an end to it because it’s so buggy on my side.
