Hi to everyone at Eight Theme!
Thank you for the fantastic theme Legenda!
We are currently using it in our eshop maxinfashion.gr
The theme was functioning perfectly for a period of time, but since the end of july many things seem
to malfunction.
We have put together a list of all the problems, so ti may be possible to take care of them one by one
A. In the mobile version, the menu does not work at all We press at the three lines menu symbol and the menu does not work.
B. In the custo tab of the single product page settings, the content we have chosen does not appear.
C. Zoom function over a product image does not work and only shows a very faint hover image. For the time being we have disabled the zoom function
D. The sold out tag does not appear on products that are out of stock. Also when a size is not available, it is still active for selection and it should not be
E. In a page with our campaign photos “spring summer 2018” ( https://maxinfashion.gr/autumn-winter-2018-19/ )
when you click on an image the lightbox does not work. It just shows a very distorded result of the image.
F. There is also a problem with google analytics. Even though we have the correct code pasted in the 8theme options section for the analytics function, the e-commerce in our google analytics account does not receive proper data.
We are looking forward to get solutions and advice on how to solve all of the above as soon as possible
Thank you for your time!
The team of Maxin Fashion
Hello,
Have you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins?
Did you make changes in template files?
Do you have the same problem with parent theme activated on site?

Hello
Hello,
There was a js error in console http://prntscr.com/kx52sy caused by jQuery Updater plugin. We have disabled the plugin and don’t see problems with the the mobile version menu, custom tab of the single product page, zoom function https://gyazo.com/6ef4fc35614e25211d50458c92181a45
D. You have disabled out of stock label http://prntscr.com/kx54zc Label exists http://prntscr.com/kx5bee if enabled. Size visibility is not related to theme. This is how WC plugin works by default. You can install and activate the default WooCommerce theme and check.
E. Don’t see problem http://prntscr.com/kx5chr Describe in more details, please.
F. Try Insert Headers and Footers plugin to add GA. Also, you use the third-party plugin for the GA make sure that everything works fine with the default theme because the issue could be related to the plugin or its settings.

Dear All hello,
i wish this mail meet you all well.
there is a problem spottedin Legenda theme in the filter part.
it seems like the size filters are not coresponding the the actual available sizes of the products.
can you check it out?
Regards
Hello,
Please describe the problem in more details with screenshots for better understanding.
Thanks in advance.

Hi all,
so let me explain myself better.
when on the https://maxinfashion.gr/product-category/endymata/ page in the left part of the page there is column with the filters of sizes and Color. The problem is that the number of available sizes that is right next to the size in the filter column is not cooresponting to the available sizes of the clothes themselves.
to be clearer, in the 42/XSmall filter : https://maxinfashion.gr/product-category/endymata/?filter_megethos=42-xsmall&query_type_megethos=or
its shows availability of 68 pieces. if you chooce the first one :https://maxinfashion.gr/product/%CF%86%CF%8C%CF%81%CE%B5%CE%BC%CE%B1-%CE%B4%CE%AF%CF%87%CF%81%CF%89%CE%BC%CE%BF/
then you see that there are only available sizes form 46-52.
that all makes me wonder why the filter is not working.
Any thoughts?
i am looking forward to your response.
Hello,
Filter Products by Attribute is a default widget of WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t affect it.
Your situation is caused by this setting of the product http://prntscr.com/l9qvk1
