Marseille 2 demo import not displaying correctly

    I installed Xstore theme Marseille 2 but the demo will not import?

    Please fix

    Hello, @Shantelle,

    Still, your provided WP Admin Logins are not correct/working.

    And also it seems your site content and demo is broken.

    It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ Contact your hosting provider to increase mentioned values for your site.

    And then try to import the Demo again.

    Hi, the WP Admin logins are working?

    Is it possible to get a refund if I haven’t used the theme?

    Check the video under the private content area, it’s still not working.

    And also you have to read my last message carefully again, you have to reset the WordPress as well.

    Note: wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    I can’t do a fresh install as I will lose all my sales history, posts and everything.

    I asked if I can get a refund for not using the theme?
