    Hello,

I don’t see any issue with the grid on mobile device https://gyazo.com/545225c3db911d56958e94149a0108f5
But WPBakery Media grid element has know issues with the cache plugin https://wordpress.org/support/topic/masonary-grid-wp-cache/ . So, if you use cache plugin you may face such issue. Check the mentioned topic if any solution from there helps you or exclude page with grid from the cache in cache settings.

    Regards

    Hello Olga,

The server had a cache program running (even though we didn’t have a plugin.) We had it turned off, and it’s all good now!

    Thank you!

    Hello,

I hate to say this but I am going to have to re-open this ticket. This is happening again even though no cache programs are running on the site.

Can you please take a look again.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

We checked your site and see that there is cache tool http://prntscr.com/rzucwk
Contact your hosting provider, maybe they use some server cache and you just don’t know about this. Ask them to exclude the page with the masonry grid from caching.
