    Hi,
I am trying to set up a master slider to work in home page but the created slide is just showing blank screen and “loading” symbol. Could you have a look at this as I did not find fix for this reading the forum.
    Thank you!

    Hello,

The problem is only with your first slide as the second one is shown.
Check the layers you created or try to recreate it.

    Hi Eva,

Thanks for advice. For some unexplained reason the slide started to show after building it from scratch.

But I have further issues with sliders which I am not able to solve by reading the documentation.
Please see my home page and 3 sample sliders built. They look OK on laptop and higher screen sizes. But when viewing on mobile devices the elements get resized to tiny sizes. Which makes it impossible to read, press buttons, etc., also the slider height becomes just a fraction of mobile screen height.

Is this the way the responsive slider is supposed to work or am I missing some settings? The Master slider does not include support but available documentation does not cover this. Thank you

    Hello,

This is the way the slider resizes on mobile.
If there are any options regarding it you may ask in the comments section http://codecanyon.net/item/master-slider-wordpress-responsive-touch-slider/7467925/comments .

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

OK, I see. I switched to Revolution Slider instead.
    Now I get the message:
Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home not found.
I see from discussions that it is a popular error. Can you check the reason for the error?
I already checked the troubleshooting guide.

    Hello,

this means Revolution slider plugin can not show slider with that alias as it does not exist.
We have set correct slider alias and now it is working. Please check.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Fantastic!
What changes did you make? Did you change settings in Revolution Slider?

    Hello,

we have changed slider alias from “home v1′ to “home_v1” as it should not contain spaces. That was only thing we touched.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.
